"I have been going to this doctors office for about 16 years. I have seen Dr.Dunn for my shoulder and was very satisfied with the outcome. He is a great doctor. Dr. Brooks is an awesome doctor and person. He has done both my knee replacements and my husband hip replacement. We both are very happy with our results. Dr. Brooks takes time to talk with you. His staff have always been very kind and friendly. In the 16 years I have been going I have never mind if I had to wait things happen. But I can honestly say I’ve may have had to wait a little longer than my appointment time in the 16 years maybe 3 times. The office staff as always been friendly but I am a friendly person myself. So I fine them to be friendly. I will keep going back as long as I need too. They both are very good doctors."

"Took 4 days to get a return call, and another week to get an appointment despite not being able to put pressure on either feet. Most of the employees acted with indifference - it was extremely odd and apathetic how they all silently watched me physically struggle to get in and out of the office. Dr. Nicholas Richardson, by his own admission, diagnosed me before he walked into the exam room. While he was nice, he interrupted me multiple times, dismissed the amount of pain I was in, and failed to physically examine my feet. Unfortunately for me, his diagnosis was only partially correct."

"Dr Brooks has so far done 2 total hip replacements and a total knee. He was amazing, caring, skilled. He also replaced both my mother's knees. Can't understand why anyone would give him a low rating. I highly recommend him. Now his office staff may not be the best, especially at returning calls. But the staff isn't the one doing the surgery, Office Manager needs to hire more compassionate staff."

"My experience with this office was wonderful. I was experiencing a lot of pain and they worked me in on the same day. I was taken back to see Dr. Dunn right away. He diagnosed my issue and planned a treatment. I came back the next day, again not having to wait, and Mark gave me a steroid shot. I shared with him and his assistant that I have a phobia about medical procedures and he was very patient and kind. There was no pain involved when he administered the shot and he explained everything to me before he did it. All of the medical staff that I encountered were wonderful. I never experienced any long wait times. I would recommend this medical practice to everyone who needs their help."

"I've never worried about waiting. I know when I'm there I get the best care available. I have never waited more than 30 minutes though. I had a TKR with Dr. Brooks. He speaks in terms anyone can understand, he's honest, and listens. I would go back time and time again. Don't give a practice bad reviews because the office personnel are rude. The doctors are amazing!!"
