"The reason why clients may not receive their full hours because ex-employees such as yourself do not show up on time, left the clients early, or better yet. decide NOT to show up to work because you don't feel like coming to work hence the reason why you were terminated. This young lady was scheduled to show up to work and she came up with every excuse in the world to basically not go to that client's home. We even asked her could she at least see that client she missed that morning in the evening time and she still had something say claiming that we "changed her schedule" but she was already scheduled for that client since Monday. And let's not forget that Ms. Belinda (The Owner) gave you another chance when you were a no call no show the first time but I stuck my neck out to convince her to give you another chance. Lastly, to address your "underpaid" comment the The State of Georgia AND Federal Government states that $7.25 is the MINIMUM wage so I refute your underpaid claim because you were making well over that amount per hour. You are bitter because you were in the wrong and if you are going to tell the world the story then, tell the whole story and threatening to call State Medicaid is not going to help your case at all because I have all the records of your premature employment with us.
