"Sorry Coastal, but after losing Jay Floyd as my long term primary doctor you switched me to a nurse provider without letting me know Dr. Floyd was leaving. Then that NP left and you gave me a different NP. Then I had an actual doctor that left 3 months later. This was all within a year and a half. I just called to have my prescription refilled and was told “because the last doctor to see me is no longer with the practice I have to come in to be seen by……another doctor”. Your operation is clown shoes and I can see why your turnover is high. Thanks for nothing."

However, got there at 12:30 and I was the only one there. @2:00pm the doctors must had been out seeing a doctor because she was no where to be found Nurse PR; Tiffany was at the college taking up classes, while I’m in her Doctor’s office waiting on her. Not cool Tiffany you’re already off in the hood you need to do better."
