"The physical therapists are awesome Office staff is not so good. Asked before I made my appointments to check my insurance coverage. Front office staff told me my insurance company told them I have met my deductible for my policy period and my visit are covered 100%. With that information I processed to have them make my appointments. Went for two months with good progress. Two weeks after I stopped I received an outrageous bill. Spoke to the office manager Paul Trimble and explained my situation of being misinformed by his staff and how I would never had made my appointments if I was not covered. Three weeks later he tells me his staff did nothing wrong and I was responsible for this bill. Asked for his bosses name and explained my situation again. She said she would look into this and get back to me. Two weeks later I receive a letter telling me they have declined my request for any adjustments to the deductible and coinsurance balance. Basically they have not taken the negligence of their staff into consideration. Don’t believe what this office staff tells you about your insurance coverage because they are clueless."
