"Very shady business practices. Went to the lab to have blood drawn and specifically asked how much procedure would be. Was given a price and paid it on the spot. A week later received a bill in the mail for several hundred dollars more than what was quoted and paid at the time of service. Called up the business office spoke with the representative. Was told the services was more and did not offer any resolution to the over billing. Would highly recommend not using their lab services. Every time I go to another lab and ask they give me specific prices and stick to them."
"Always friendly, but some areas are very unclean such as the Wound Care Center and the physicians are not specialized in wound care. Another issue is with some of the physicians, that their staff especially the office staff is very inadequate at their job!!"
