"They said they took my insurance, as I returned at 8am the next day for my appt they said they did not and I had to pay out of pocket. When I was trying to schedule they would hang up on me or just not answer so I had to drive up. This place is a waste of tax dollars."
"this lady named mandy work up there. i went up there today and she had the nastiest attitude ever. i was nervous for her to draw blood from my wrist today and she got mad and told me she just wasn’t doing it. so i said i didn’t care and she walked out yelling at me and she looked stupid idc but i would recommend going somewhere other than here."
"If you want to get tested for Covid this is definitely the place to go ( SARCASM ) !! Helpers greeting patients with exposed test that are open already for you to be tested ! Be cautious and REFUSE any test that has been open !! Something to think about nationwide when numbers are spoken ! The open test were brought to attention . As far as staff being addressed on the matter .......I don't have any knowledge if it was. Just a helpful red flag that I wanted to share to others !!!"
"Been there several times. Everyone was polite and efficient. ANYONE dealing with medical professionals right now needs to be kind and appreciative. They are ALL overworked and over stressed. That includes doctors, nurses, pharmacists, health dept workers, receptionists and the like. Not to mention teachers, who are having to work with kids who aren't vaccinated, often positive, seldom masked. Right now, if you have a gripe, it is a good time to sit on it. My doc said "when I started my day this morning at 2:30, I saw that you and your wife's appointments weren't together..." In what world is it okay for a doctor, mother of two, to have to be reviewing schedules at 2:30 AM."
