I had a very bad right leg and suffered with varicose veins, this doctor referred me to Dr. Kitchen and I have enjoyed my summer wearing shorts and my veins are better, and my ankle isn't swollen bursting my skin. "I absolutely love Dr. Heine, but his nursing staff needs a little work. I recently tested positive for Covid and called their office to get a prescription sent in. I initially called at 0810. Still hadn't heard anything by the afternoon, so I called again at 1550. The nurse finally called me back the next morning to tell me the prescription was sent to a different pharmacy because my pharmacy didnt have it. After having the prescription picked up, I looked at the time it was ready. It was ready the day before at 1430. Needless to say I was upset since I could've gotten started on it a day earlier. At least I'm feeling better. And that's why I rated 2 stars. Dr. Heine deserves 5 stars but his nursing staff doesn't."
