"I was a patient here for 4 years never had a issue. I had an abnormal pap and abnormal mammogram. I was called, i had to call them. This was two separate cases. Needless to say I was scared and a little upset. I have never bern rude to anyone in the medical community ever and I am 65. They had a major turnover in staff. I got a letter stating I was being dropped from the practice and they would still see me for 30 days with no explanation. So I called I called several times and no one answered. Then I used my work phone and called them and they picked up right away. I asked to talk to the office manager. She did call me back and said that I was rude to the staff and that I was dropped from the practice. So they were screening my calls because they were afraid of me I have never in my life been dropped from the practice. Any practice ever? My husband was also dropped from the practice for noncompliance what is wrong with these people? I thought they were here to do no harm. I wrote Dr. Mitchell a letter, but I’m sure he never got it. I would never recommend these people to anyone not even if it was the last resort disgusting."

"Coming to this doctor’s office was crazy from the first minute and continued. The receptionist would not believe me when I told her and showed my insurance card, that my copay was $20. She charged me $110. I called my insurance immediately(that same day). They talked to her asking her to fix the overcharge which she did not do. Here I am a month later still trying to get my $90 reimbursed. The doctor wanted me to get new blood work even though I just got blood work in January. New blood work meant I was responsible for paying 100% out of my pocket. I have not met my insurance deductible. I called the office and talked to the same receptionist. I explained to her that I could only keep my appointment if January’s blood work was used. If the doctor chooses to not use it, I will need to find a new doctor that will. I asked to talk to Dr. Mitchell but the receptionist said she had left for the day. I never heard back so now I will be seeing a new doctor. I am still trying to get my $90 back so I have been talking to my insurance. I also talked to Martha in the billing department. I talked to her and was told that she would call me after her lunch, that she would call be back in 5 min., …. The only person calling back was me. I told her I was frustrated because if someone’s tells they are going to call me back in a given time and they don’t, it turns into frustration and stress that is not necessary. Martha had lots of chances to call as promised but did not. I told her my feelings and did not like that I assume. My insurance had to mediate between the two of us because she told my insurance and her office manager, that I cussed at her. I did not cuss. I thought our conversations were recorded. Let’s replay the conversation! Next thing I know is that my phone is ringing. I pick it up not recognizing the number. It’s Martha’s office manager. She tells me that Martha has worked with them for years. She says that I cussed at Martha and am kicked out and will not able to see Dr. Mitchell any more. Well thank goodness I know this now. I happy to never walk into their office again or speak with anyone associated with that office. I need a physician that is looking out for me and my health. 1 star is not deserved!"

"When I first attended here .I was treated well as time moved on employees began to change frequently. Even 2 helpers. PA. About 6 was ago I went by for a very simple test and I was in tears when I left. I do like Dr Lee. I have an appt for Thursday praying that it turns out better."

"I have never been so disappointed in medical services!! I have been a patient for 4.5 years and followed every recommendation, advice and medicine. Now that I require surgery and filed for short term disability dr Mitchell refused to see me on my scheduled appointment to fill out a medical assessment form required by my insurance policy. Basically turned her back on me. Wouldn’t even see me to explain why. She just sent her gopher to inform me. I live 1.5 from the facility so it wastes 4hrs of my day. I will never donate a dime of my money back to this facility"

"I had canceled all future appointments with this office because if incompetent staff. Then I received a letter, like I was the problem. The truth will come out in time that the current office staff are incompetent and when a doctor is treating such serious illnesses, people need to have confidence in their doctor and I lost all of mine, when I was lied on by the staff. I wish the same illnesses on the one who lied on me and the one who sent the letter. I hope you all get everything you deserve. IDr. Lee prescribed me too much hormone, which caused another level to drop dangerously low and when I showed up for my appointment, I was told that I had canceled the appointment. Which I did not. Dr. Lee wouldn't even see me with a life threatening condition that he helped cause and then I was sent a letter not to come back after I had fired their office a week earlier and canceled all future appointments. Of you care about your health, you will find another doctor, who will listen and investigate staff when. they make a mistake instead of postponing a patient, which needed medical attention. They don't have to worry about me going back there. I wouldn't take my dog there for care after the life threatening medical results I have from. hormones that he prescribed after I told him the numbers were low. I have proof of what I have written, unless his office help that lied and to him and said I canceled my appointment. I wonder how long they will last in the office. NOone have lasted since Michelle left and I should have left when she did. I had already gotten another doctor before I received their lying letter. I hope I never encounter any of them again. I hate lies and I hate doctors that put your health at risk based on lies of incompetent staff. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for care."
