"I had an appointment with him and was 15 minutes late and he would not see me. In general the policy is the appt is cancelled after 15 minutes but it is up to the doctor’s discretion to still see a patient. I was a new patient and needed a medication refill and ended up going to emergency because I had run out and waited over a month for this appt. Not going again."
