"I went into the shop cuz I was thinking about switching my cell phone service. The representative that helped me did not help me at all in fact made me more confused I knew more about T-Mobile than he did. They did not have any phones that I could play with. The phone that I requested to look at or get information about the representative brought me a phone that was 5 years older. I will not go back to this location."

"Have had problems with this location twice after talking with T-mobile online support. First time support said I could get a replacement home device at your local T-mobile store. But location stated I couldn't because I had had it too long and had to get it delivered by T-Mobile. Next the instructions stress I could drop it off at T-Mobile location or UPS. Tried to do that but they wouldn't take it. Recommendation is don't bother with authorized dealers only go to company stores for support . Used authorized dealers only for purchases as that is all they will provide."
