"I started seeing my practioner and stated out good. But for the last few months I've had problems getting my medication. No one seems to care when there were no refills on original script and there are usually 2. I am now without explanation of why I am not being able to get an answer."
"Doctor dueser is a bad man along with his colleagues so the doctor prescribed me a particular medicine and kept refilling it but I wasn't supposed to be on that particular dosage that he prescribed me the office when I called for a refill told me "well you need to fix it". They were very rude to me and my mother would not accept her calls they removed my original comment about the review I left them. Do not goto this doctor he is disorganized he has told me himself the front office is very rude and they overall caused frustration for something that was their fault to begin with!"
"The most caring doctor I have ever met he has helped me over the last 2 years get to where i am today and I will forever be grateful i found him if u want someone that truly cares for his patient u need to schedule and see him it will change your life and help free u from the saddness of mental illness i will never go anywhere else or share my issues with anyone other than I hes an earth angel here to help and it gives me peace knowing he will always be there to listen to me and do whats best for me!!! "They WILL NOT accept cash for payment! I have insurance but choose not to use it. I have the money to pay cash, it's called freedom of choice if I want to pay cash instead of getting my insurance involved. WE SHOULD NOT BE DENIED CARE JUST BECAUSE WE WANT TO PAY CASH! We all wonder why there is a mental health crisis. It is obstacles like this that keep the sick from getting the care we need. Can we hold gateway behavioral health accountable if we commit a crime or suicide because we couldn't get an appointment to see a doctor?"
