"A little while back the counselor I had was wonderful and willing to work with me and made the insurance process smooth. However, since this particular counselor no longer works there and since changing therapist and then this place getting other receptionists, I have been badgered very unkindly for payment(s) (which why I had these payments to make is a whole other story in itself and was due to carelessness and lack of communication, not on my part, as no one can seem to have there stuff together here) payments…I was making just not fast enough I guess… after explaining I’m low income… and completely disabled…on top of that, there is in my opinion a lack of empathy and compassion, instead it is strictly all business. I was made to feel very uneasy and then told basically not to come back unless for some reason they’re taking insurance in the future, since they will basically no longer be working with insurance very much at all in the near future (which I could only take as an insult for my being low income but who knows) I’m very heart broken and displeased with how I was treated. I would recommend other places."

"Unfortunately this offer has issues with communication and is unaware how to bill insurance. One staff members tells you one thing and another person denies what the previous person says and gives you a different answer. Look elsewhere or they'll just create more anxiety in your life."
