"Dr. Joseph has been the pediatrician for my 3 kids for 17 years. Shes never steered me wrong. When other doctors didnt have an answer, she did. I have only one issue with her practice (their practice I should say,). They have a 14 min grace period after which tine you must reschedule. If you have to reschedule more than 2 times in a 12 month period, they dont allow you to be seen by them again. Ever. I understand the need to hold people accountable to their appointment times in a setting such as a doctors office, but do you know how many doctors are in that office?! At one point it was home to more than 3/4 of the pediatricians in this town. Slap a fee that must be payed before we can reschedule, something. I can only speak for myself. I don't know about you guys but let me have to be somewhere. Anywhere, at a specified time, and life happens! Everything from missing shoes to missing keys to everything inbetween, everytime, without fail. I think they should find a more merciful way of handling it"

"Dr. Joseph was the on call when my 3rd child was born. Although she can be a nice lady i never felt like i could make decisions for myself with her. At birth i wanted to deny eye goop for my baby...she pressured me to change my mind. Later at my baby's 2mth well check, after months of research, i had decided i did not want to vaccinate. Once i made this clear to Dr.Joseph she became very stand-offish. She acted like i didnt have the right to make that choice. I was then told if i didnt vaccinate id have to find another doctor. So i did. We have the right to choose what to do with our children and no doctor should make us feel otherwise. They work for us! My baby is now 9mths old and thriving! If you want a doctor who will rrspect your wishes, even if they're different from their own, i would NOT recommend Dr.Joseph."
