"This facility claimed that they did not take insurance. Come to find out that they do take insurance. I was charged over 2,000 for a blood and urine test. Facility sent me to Lab Corp in Brunswick to do the blood test. Health issues were not take seriously by the facility. Keisha at the front desk gave me so many excuses why I was over charged and lied to but never got to the bottoms of it. I was very much looked over, taken advantage and felt neglected by the doctor and the facility themselves. Filed an appeal. Insurance asked to reach out to Heller Healthcare for reimbursement. This facility refused to reimburse for over charge. I would not recommend going here. Not so good service. Also not to mention this facility and Doctor Heller has a reputation of making false insurance claims."
