"I gave 3 stars.because they were nice and courteous. As far as medically qualified, they are mediocre. I went in for a problem, they performed semi relevant tests, sent me home with no relief whatsoever. Had to wait over a week for results, and their diagnosis was off base. A lot. In the meantime, i had to travel to my home state and I managed to get an appointment with my own doctor who knew the problem immediately, prescribed the medication and I was better the next day. My issue was personal but not complicated or anything that a specialist needed to address, so any general doctor should have been able to diagnose and treat it. I would go back there if i knew what was wrong and needed a prescription, but im not confident that this is the place locally that i would go if i needed a proper diagnosis."

"This is a horrible company. I have been treated great in the past, but I came in today and was racing. Discriminated was told by the receptionist that she’s not gonna help me when I started asking for a manager a large African-American came in and started bullying me a senior citizen being buried by young African-American man, they’re supposed to be medical professionals and they do will not treat you correctly you’ve been worn stay away"

"Won’t answer their phone! Called over 20 times in a 1 hour period. Had to call the other office at Saint Simons to get them to reach out to them. Saint Simons was very helpful. I would recommend their office over Brunswick."

"I'm a self-pay patient so when I was bitten by a dog a couple of weeks ago I decided to go to a clinic rather than the ER for evaluation. I chose ERgent Med and I am so glad that I did. I was called back, evaluated, given a tetanus shot, a couple of stitches, provided a prescription and a return date to have the stitches removed in less than 1 hour. The staff was friendly, funny, yet professional and very knowledgeable. One of the least stressful medical visits ever. I will definitely return and highly recommend."

"So disappointed. Showed up at 535 to locked doors. The sign on the door says 6 as well as the internet. No where is there's a disclosure stating you must arrive by a certain time. So here's the heads up to everyone else, they don't accept walk ins after a certain time"
