As part of the Coastal Health District of Georgia, we proudly serve the counties of Bryan, Camden, Chatham, Effingham, Glynn, Liberty, Long, and McIntosh. Our dedicated public health team offers a wide range of services and programs designed to meet the diverse needs of our community.

Our Services Include:

- Healthcare and Disease Prevention: We provide essential health services and preventive care to keep our community healthy and informed.

- Disaster Preparedness: We equip residents with the knowledge and resources needed to respond to natural disasters, including maintaining a year-round Hurricane Registry for those with functional, access, or medical needs.

- Parental Education: Join us for FREE parenting classes on Saturday, September 21, from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., covering essential topics such as breastfeeding, car seat safety, and safe infant sleep practices. Community Engagement:

For those interested in our Hurricane Registry, applications are accepted year-round but must be submitted at least 72 hours before tropical storm force winds are expected. To apply, call toll-free at 1-833-CHD-REGISTER (1-833-243-7344).
