"Ms Bryant has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Did not seem like she knew what she was talking about. Became agitated and aggressive"
"I've been trying to schedule an appointment for at least 30 minutes. Not even on hold, no one bothered to pick up! I called multiple times, because of don't have a car and had very limited time to make this appointment. How is our military so over funded and still so bad at taking care of their people? An edit after the fact, I got in touch through another department. Turns out despite the hours saying open until 6, everyone in general had left by 4 pm on a Monday! I wish reviews could go into the negative."
"Wow. Someone do something about this clinic. The people are insanely rude with no customer service at all. Wait times for appointments are weeks out Also waited over an hour for meds. Can't leave a message for the doctor because medical records messed up the chart again. And everytime I call can't be found in system.... transfer to medical records and rings for days I guess because I've never gotten ahold of anyone. Asked to speak to a supervisor and the lady said "honey I wish there was one". Just astonished."
"Negative 5 stars. This place has almost killed someone in my family 4x now. First, when having a temp of 104 the nurse said not to go to the hospital just rest and drink plenty of water, what? Next, when peeing blood was told its from Gatorade. Dont drink it, only drank water. Then not telling us for a year about diabetes until said person was on their deathbed (literally). Then casually saying one day oh you didnt know you had diabetes? How would i, no one ever called when the labs came back a year ago. Now my potassium is at a dangerous level and need to be seen right away to figure why because I could go into heart failure plus have permanent damage. Called Friday to make appointment, instead the lady says she'll have the nurse call me. Nothing, waiting patiently all weekend. Called Monday morning and was told there isn't any appointments and I'd still have to wait for a nurse to call and I should go back to the er, maybe you should have led with that in the first place. All while this trick was being rude and then hung up on me. This clinic is fill with incompetent staff that is going to get someone killed. Im sure if this was happening to someone in their family they would carry a different tune. Beware, you absolutely don't matter here."
"I would give this a negative 5 if it was allowed. This “clinic” and that is used lightly is the most unorganized useless hassle. We moved here in April 2022. The pharmacy refuses to refill anything that wasn’t written here without going through a lengthy transfer process. Even if you brought in a bottle showing active prescription information. I informed the lady at window one that without my medication I would get very physical ill, and she shrugged. I had to go out in town to fill it. Same with my son's ADHD meds. This took the better part of 2 weeks and lots of misinformation and false statements. finally I had to reach out to the doctor in Wa to have the meds shipped through a service. Now here I sit June 1st, 2 weeks without my diabetes meds and hours wasted. I even had my Wa call the nursing staff here they were apparently told they would part the prescription in the system. Of course when we I show up it’s not. They won’t refill it without a transfer and that will take days. (For a active prescription). Filled out transfer paperwork in the morning waitied until the afternoon and nothing had been done. Again, same rude lady as before told me I’d have to wait everyone is at lunch. They weren’t at lunch the 2+ hours ago when I was previously in. Enough is enough!"
