"Do not deal with Best Care Health. They are unreliable, unpredictable and extremely unprofessional. We have been dealing with them since June of 2020. Please keep in mind that this has nothing to do with the aides that have been with us on a “regular” basis. The aides were great until they were yanked from us with no reason and no notice. The fill ins they sent could not deal or handle the patient even though the administration of the business knew what needed to be done with him. This man is a veteran, bed bound and needs total care when it comes to bathing, feeding and changing. The aides did not show up on time through no fault of their own or did not even show up with no phone call or notice. Again, this is not the aides fault, but rather the administration/owner of the company. It is poorly run and seems the company cares more about money than the care of the patient or their family. DO NOT ENTRUST YOUR LOVED ONE TO THIS COMPANY."

"If you care anything about your loved ones I would not recommend this place.my father had terminal cancer and can not get out of bed.we ask the VA for help so they sent us best care.the lady that came to the house to talk to us about what service they offer.and I stopped her and told her all we want is for someone to make sure he is bathe,shaved,hair wash,teeth brushed,and too treat him with respect and be sensitive to his needs and pain.she told me yes we will he will get everything he needs.i also told her that when I call that I wanted someone to pick up a d not get the run around ...her response was they are or top prortiy and you will always be able to talk to someone. Well the first week they were here it was great that is until the 4th came around.they were suppose to show up at 9 am and here come 9:15 and no one was here yet so I called and ask to speak with someone in charge and she told me she was the only here today,so I ask her were is the cna that was suppose to be here at 9:00 she said she called out and they were sending another cna and she would call me back and let me know what time the cna was going to show up.well I waited and waited then here it is 10:00 am no phone call no cna.so I called back talk to the same women and she told me oh the other cna was out sick as and no one will be coming to bath your father.i said what do you mean no one going to show up.she said that everyone called out today and it was just her.i told her are you kidding me every employee you have called out she said yes needless to say I was mad. My father has worked all his life he served this country in vetniam.he put his life on the line so we can keep are freedom and this is how he is being paid back,I don't think so.he is dying a painful death he is in bed 24/7 he deserve more respect then that.all I ask before you deal with best care of hinesville ga you look into other facilities before you hire these people."
