"One appointment was enough for me, between being ignored by front office staff at check In counter. I was the only one in waiting room besides one other person at the time i arrived. Very long wait to see Dr Moore, who has a Terrible bedside manner and talked down to me and acted like she was disgusted I was in her office, wanting to know why my primary Dr even sent me to Her office."

"Horrible experience in this office. I went in early for my appointment and it was for a yearly exam and to get a refill for my birth control. First, they forgot about me in the waiting room while waiting I was hearing patient’s phones conversation with the receptionist So be careful when you call and they’re confirming your information and you’re saying the issues that you are having because when they repeat it everyone in the waiting room can hear it. Then the nurse, apologize and said she forgot about me and she is very sweet every time that I go over there. She then Asked me to go into the room after asking me a few questions, and to Undress myself and wait for the doctor. Mind you I was the only patient that was there at that time and after waiting for a while and Hearing doors closing I decided to get dressed because it’s already been over 30 minutes that I have been undressed, feeling uncomfortable come to find out all the lights were off they close on the place for lunch or maybe they went home. I’m not sure. They left me in there alone. On my way out. I decided to turn back around and try to see if anybody was there and I saw Kate and I told her that it’s ridiculous that was left there and forgotten and she said that she doesn’t know what is holding the doctor up. Dr. Patricia Moore is ridiculous. I decided to find another doctor that actually cares for her patients. No apology or nothing for the inconvenience she’s honestly a joke."

"I honestly do not know why she has a practice. Her bedside manner is rude. You go in early and get sent to a room but it takes her 45 min to even come in the room to talk to you. She asks the same questions the nurse just told her. All she does is run tests and say be patient but doesn’t give you immediate assistance. I have yet to get the results of my ultrasound and the nurse who did it says it only takes a couple of days. I will be finding me someone new because she is ridiculous. Gotta be dying in order for her to do something."

"Don't waste your time! I went in for an annual exam and they were running so behind I got rescheduled and had to go to the Jesup office. My appointment there was supposed to be at 9am and I wasn't seen by the doctor until almost 9:45 because she was running late, even though I was the first appointment. They ran some tests and I was told I would be called with results (that was almost 2 weeks ago now though). I asked for the same birth control I have been on for 6+ years and she would only give me 3 months because I have to go back and report how I feel on a medication I've been on for that long. My prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy and I had to try and call and figure that one out too. Just incredibly disorganized and not a good experience at all. Her bedside manner is practically zero. The ONLY good thing about the office is the staff. They are super sweet and caring and wonderful, but everything else is a circus."

"Been going here since April of 2021...Every single time I have an appointment here, I have to jump through hoops to get things done. They never answer the phone, they are horrible at returning calls, the receptionist fights with me every time I come in for Birth Control shots claiming I need to pay $80 copay even though my insurance doesn't charge for BC appointments. The doctor is not welcoming or gentle with pelvic exams, and to continue my birth control, I HAVE to pay $80 copay for a zoom call for her to give me my results from my last pap, otherwise, they will begin denying me my birth control. And the latest installment is I have a BC appointment at 11am this morning but they haven't called in my refill to the pharmacy so I've been trying to get it taken care of but the pharmacy is unable to get anyone from this office on the phone to have it filled in time for appointment. Everytime I have to be at this place, it's been like pulling teeth. Not to mention, I was told I could request laughing gas for a biopsy, asked for it at my appointment and was told by the staff "you don't need it" and was never given any for the excruciatingly painful experience that was. UPDATE: Went to my appointment and was told it was canceled but no one notified me and the only person that was there was the billing manager. The nurses and doctor would not arrive until 1:45pm and my appointment was 11am. Again, LIKE PULLING TEETH CONSTANTLY. UPDATE: Now, I've been discharged from the practice because I refuse to pay to get the results of my last pap...which means, I'm unable to get the birth control shot I'm due for that keeps me from bleeding out. I've never met another more uncaring doctor than Dr Moore and her rude receptionist."
