"From booking online for my appointment to my actual appointment, everything was smoothly done. Ashleigh the receptionist was pleasant and helpful with my check in, Alex the provider that day explained everything that was going to happen. The xray machine was down so I had to go to your Richmond Hill location, I felt bad for the X-Ray tech because she was trying so hard to make sure I was comfortable with my images. Faith was a breath of fresh air and made me laugh through my pain."
"Dr Murphy save my foot I truly believe this.I went into the Hinesville office with a stitch coming out of my heel from a previous surgery. To make a long story, she recommended I see a wound care specialist, made a referral for me to have an MRI, ordered a culture, prescribed an antibiotic and referred me to a orthopedic specialist. The next day she called me and told me the results of the culture, explained how to take care of the wound and personally called the orthopedic specialist with the referral. Now I am on the right track and I feel confident that my heel will continue to improve because of her concern and dedication to her patients. I highly recommend attending this Clinic for any emergency."
"This is the Best Urgent Care staff I have ever encountered. Ashley is Awesome and Nurses Murphy is spot on, great personality and she is very very knowledgeable. No waiting for an hour and a half just to get called to the back. They also call and check on you. And they don’t mind you calling them to ask a question. I think they are better than going to my primary care physician."
"Reception and the nurse who checked me in were kind and helpful... but NP Jessica L who took care of me was an absolute blessing. Great bedside manner and she also discussed not just one… but several options (including prescriptions, shots, OTC treatments, and a specific exercise) to help manage my extremely painful muscle knot. I have extreme anxiety in doctor’s offices, but she was friendly, attentive, and put me at ease instantly. I would recommend this location to anyone who needs urgent care!"
"Ashleigh was super friendly and welcoming as soon as I walked in. She made me feel so good even though I was in excruciating pain. Marquita was also amazing. She was super friendly and very patient with me; I was having trouble walking and she was so sweet and nice. She was gentle like my mom while she was doing my X-rays. Jessica is the best!! OMG I love her!! She deserves a raise! All of them do!! I love these ladies!!"
