"The whole staff at coastal counseling are absolutely amazing!! The therapists are all extremely professionaland very helpful, I have been going to coastal counseling for years for anything from addiction counseling to grief counseling, the therapists there are very very good at what they do and I recommend them all the time. I wouldn't go anywhere else. My teens have gone there too, they have a diverse team of therapists."

"I made 3 consecutive appointments in order for my child to be seen on a weekly basis for Blanton to cancel without discussing with us or notifying us of the change. I also made certain when I made the appointment it would be with a counselor willing to see him on weekly basis. You do not make a mental health decision without discussing with the parents especially when my child really needed the appointment this week. Very disappointing. After one appointment you completely disregarded the concerns we had as parents and made a choice after talking to my child for 45 minutes."

"Dr. Dale is friendly and cordial; however, he didn’t believe me when I told him I was having certain problems and needed help with those areas of my mental health. The scheduler at the front desk is rude and always tells you the wrong time for your appointment. If you have the text message service, it will send you the time a day prior. And don’t miss your appointment! If you do, don’t expect another one to be available for at least another 2 weeks! That’s some incredible care for patients right there."

"This place is a joke. We saw someone named Sonia who gave us no real advice at all, asked us why we got married if we didn't like each other, looked confused at her notes, and at the end of spilling our guts said she couldn't help us because we're lesbians. She said she wasn't certified in helping homosexuals, only "traditional couples"...ok, that certification doesn't exist, couples are couples. Is there a gay class you take or something? I'm a nurse, I was never told of a special course in caring for gays and lesbians..like we're from outer space or something. She also basically told us that couples counseling wouldn't help us because we are too messed up individually. Instead of at least trying, she told us to find other people for help.. during the very first session. She referred us out based on what we discussed about our individual pasts and because we're gay. Stay away from this place, it's a waste of time and money. They're also bigots."
