"My husband visited Mr Fuel Travel Center and experienced the worst customer service interaction ever. As a truck driver, he came to the store to exchange an item and fill up on gas. Gas station attendant "Tayler" acted very unprofessional and did not even look at the return receipt to assist. Instead, she responded rudely by throwing the return receipt on the floor. In addition, she issued the fuel incorrectly and caused a huge delay in the process. He spent more than 1 hour in the station, and the attendant was not helpful at all, causing other employees to assist and resolve the mistake. After the horrible experience, another gas attendant "Jaime" came outside as he was filling up at the truck tank and apologized to about the experience. I have never experienced such mistreatment. Truck drivers go through a lot of stress on the road, and nobody deserves to be treated like that. I hope the store owner does something about this attendant behavior."
