"After a few weeks of frustration with another company here in town, we took our mower into Mordt's and they had it fixed in two days. We had asked the other place to look at the carburetor and either clean or replace, found out that they didn't do that, I have the photos that Mordt showed me and it was filthy. My husband is out there in heaven to finally have a working mower. A hint, it might cost more for the service, but you are getting good quality work."

"Worst experience I've ever had in a service industry, then they broke my machine and didn't even Know it I can't even use it until I fix what they broke and I still have to take it to another shop to find outis still wrong with it they are so incompetent it's not even funny they said a week and a 1/2 I entered the 4th week and wasn't even finished. "Not a good experience. Went here to buy a new tractor. Cash. The sales person was obviously preoccupied with other paperwork. But I persisted and had him give me a verbal quote (did not even give me a written one). I emailed a few days later and asked for a written quote. As soon as he returned the email, I called and said it was a go. This was at ~2:30PM. He said we could do the paper work in a couple of days, no rush. Then, the next day, 26 hours later, at 4:22PM, he EMAILED me and said he was looking at other dealers for another tractor because the one I verbally agreed to buy had been SOLD. I called him and he said that they just ordered more but the price went up quite a bit on them (yeah, as if I would be paying THEM for that) but he was going to see if he could find one for me. Well, two days have passed and still no response. Hmm... Maybe a little too much going on? Maybe not a big enough sale? Maybe already met sales quota for the year? I don't know... I got a different tractor someplace else. You lose Mordt."

"My husband and I just got there about 10 minutes before it closed and the salesman sat and talked with us for a good 45 minutes (Friday). He is very kind considerate and very informative about the products he's selling. Absolutely no pressure put on us to buy anything. He answered ALL of our questions and concerns."
