"It’s taken me 10 years to finally come out and say how unsatisfied I am with Dr Mager. During the birth of my first child, I started to groan in pain and she told me flat out to be silent, push and make no noise. I felt like Katie Holmes in that moment. She also made it pretty clear that my giving birth the day before Thanksgiving really pushed back her personal plans. A year later after exercising my right to choose, she refused to give me an exam. As far as I’m concerned, she’s a judgmental, unsympathetic, tyrant of an OBGYN who tarnished the memory of my child’s birth and made her views on women’s rights potently clear. I’ve never been back, and I’m happier for it. Take my advice and find yourself an OBGYN who won’t pressure you, will listen, and will give you all your options with an unbiased and open heart."
"Worst experience I never actually seen the doctor here, only nurse thus i called requesting my records a week ago week later I receive a statement for a missed appointment from May. Which I did not make nor was I notified that I had an appointment either by phone reminder or email. I also work in Healthcare and thus contacted the office assuming this was an error, the representative was VERY RUDE and attempted to dismiss my concerns. She insist I made the appointment in 2023 and then proceed to say she is sending my account to collections if I don't pay for an appointment i didn't make....whatt!!! collections for 25 dollars??? ARE YOU SERIOUS.... Especially when due diligence was not performed by your office no notice of an appointment was given. I will take this as far as it needs too that is not professional nor is it legal or patient care centered to charge a patient for unclear charges that magically appear when they change providers"
"I called this office that I have been going to for a few year's. I get there and the nurse I usually had has left (the only reason I went here) well I was still up to give Kristen Fenn a chance… well she refused a blood test I was indeed pregnant she tried to give me a shot to make me start my period. And tried to put me on birth control. She never read my chart before coming in and seeing me. If she had she would have known I’ve had a miscarriage in the past and am trying to have a baby. I have never felt so belittled when I asked for a service and was refused."
"I honestly don’t know how this doctor is still allowed to run this office and I’ve had 2 other doctors say the same thing, one being a high risk doctor. This doctors doesn’t even live in jesup incase anyone was wondering. I was told she signs off on documents saying she’s seen her patients when really she makes the nurses do it all. I’m 30 weeks pregnant with a very high risk pregnancy and still have yet to see her so I switched doctors to someone who actually cares. They don’t fax paperwork , let you know how your test go, nor do they give you a portal to check those things. They cancel appointments without letting people know in advance and I’ve done been billed twice even though I’ve talked to them about it because my insurance pays for everything. They rush through their appointments without any consideration. Don’t get me wrong the nurses are absolutely nice except 1 older lady with short blonde hair but they could have seriously put mine and my unborn child’s life in danger without a care in the world it seems. I would strongly suggest people not go to this office!! If you do I would highly recommend asking for ms.royal I believe her name is but I could be wrong. I truly hope this doctor doesn’t put anyone else’s life in danger the way she has mine and my child’s."
