"As a new resident to the area, I was provided Dr. Hendrix's information as a great doctor to see. I called on 1/20/23 to set up an appointment. I was asked about my insurance (BC/BS) and was told that I would be called back in about two weeks for new patient information. After 3 weeks, I called the office and was told I would get a return call by 5:00 pm that day. I never received a call back. Two days later, I called again. The person I spoke with finally found my name on a list but then told me that there would probably not be an available opening until April. This information had never been shared in any of the interactions I had with the office. I am disappointed that it had taken almost a month to get this information when I could have made the decision to wait or find another doctor."

"We were turned onto Doc Hendrix back in the early 90's by a co-worker that went to High School with him. We were new to the area and needed a Family Doctor. Let's see... 20 plus years later and we could not be more pleased with our health care over the years. His PA's, and staff are "Da Bomb"!!! No one can stick you with a needle like Shannon - we never even bruise..and Danise at the front desk that greets us all each visit is a blessing...Hate to leave folks not acknowledged, but no room and most won't read...which is sad because posts and ratings actually work. Wait period is about a "New York Minute", the Office is Beatiful (compliments of his Artist Wife), and it is so clean & sanitary. Thank-you Doc Hendrix and your most Awesome and Caring Staff!"

"Best Dr around one of the smartest people I know. I known Lance way before he became a doctor he was a good person then and still is. The only thing I regret we don’t get to hunt and play softball anymore."
