"Waiting time is insanely loooonnnngggg, you have to call back to see about blood work and than no body ever knows anything and or always an excuse as to why scripts don't get refilled when called several times to have refilled. Glad I switched to a different doctors office. Trying to get my husband out of there now."

"I think Dr. Keown must be burn out. He won't look my elderly mother in the face. He gets easily frustrated with her questions and sits at his computer and just types while she talks. He hasn't physically touched her the last 2 appointments, didn't check her heart or her diabetic feet. We are going to try the NP in hopes she is more caring and patient. 2 stars for the nice staff."
