"I HATE going to doctor's appointments, BUT not when I see Dr Kiff!!! Staff is very professional and answers all my questions. "Horrible service. Every appointment is rushed and you don’t have time to tell the doctor what’s really going on. During my last visit I told Dr. Kiff I needed to speak with him about other issues that I had and his exact words were “Tell me during your next visit.” What is that to say to a patient? This is the only primary doctor that I see and I needed to take a LOA absence from my job due to mental and health issues and he refused to sign the paperwork and keeps trying to refer me out to see someone else. If you’re my doctor, my job is to tell you what’s going on with and in my life and then I expect you to help me correct all these things. Instead this doctor avoids helping patients. That’s what we pay for, but instead they treat you like trash. I even asked to speak to this the Dr. over the phone and he wouldn’t even speak to me without an appointment. These new age doctors need to be put out of practice because they are nothing like the doctors we was raised up seeing. They come in the room for two minutes and at the end of the day you’re left with a couple hundred and in some cases even thousand dollars of doctor bills. Very, very, very disappointed!!!"
