"I ordered a sweater for my wife and just received the shipping label, no sweater, but they marked it as delivered. Model fire engines were delivered, destroyed, in smashed boxes, twice. They put my neighbor’s Kindle in my mailbox and misplaced some medicine I ordered. I received it a week later after it sat in a hot mailbox for a week. They apologized and blamed it on a substitute mail carrier. The lady who took my complaint was very polite and apologetic."
"In all my years on the earth and all the different places I have lived over the years never have I had a USPO do a horrible job as this one does. Several times I have received bills just a few days before the due date. Not to mention the mail I but in the box out front to be mailed that takes weeks to be received by the person it is being sent."
"Im starting an account on Ebay selling and Ive been struggling with the shipping details. I contacted the Warrenton Post Office and Brittney gave me all the information I needed and then some. She was kind and a complete book of knowledge. She gave me all the information I needed to get me out of my shipping struggles. Now I can move forward with my Ebay account finally. I'm for real. I have been tryin to do this for months and the shipping had me stumped. She also let me know that USPS gives you free shipping boxes for priority. Here Ive been trying to figure out where I was going to get boxes for all my different sized items and how much would it cost. She went on to explain the differences between first class, priority and flat rate and how weight, size and location of shipping are calculated. Not only did she seem compassionate about helping me, she had knowledge on everything I ask. Thank you Brittney you made my day!"
"Wish I could leave 0 stars!! Horrible and extremely rude. I received a package for my birthday that was sent priority mail with insurance. When they delivered it it was all beat up. Looked like it had just been thrown around and was NOT taken care of at all! So of course I took pictures before I even opened the box. When I opened it I found one of the bottles that were sent had busted opened. It was a plastic bottle so it didn't crack and product was everywhere. It ruined everything! I took it up there to see what they could do to fix this issue. I explained to the girl at the desk what happened and she was like oh you need to speak to the manager, I said "please". I explained to him what happened and he proceeds to tell me that his first impression is "the box was used before" (it wasn't) I told him it wasn't and you can tell by the tape that it hadn't been, he agreed. Then he proceeded to say that "there's nothing they can do because it was shipped wrong". Keep in mind I've had the same item sent to me and never had it bust open or leak at all! Then he said it happens all the time! I was pretty aggravated after that and asked why pay insurance if they are just going to treat everyone's mail as trash? And if they hadn't thrown my package around it never would have leaked in the first place! He stood there silent. Needless to say I will NEVER ship with them again!"
