"Dr. Pilcher is pleasant and competent. However, his staff never called in my prescription and when I called the office to follow up, the individual did not bother to check my chart. Instead, she gave me a scripted response that it takes 24 to 48 hours to submit a prescription order. Gee, the other doctors in town submit it to Walgreens within minutes. Either a turtle is their carrier or the front desk does not care about the patient enough to check the actual chart and offer to follow up. It was a wasted visit and waste of time. So I’m still in pain and away goes the $50 copay down the drain!"

"Everyone there was exceptionally friendly and professional…..except the lady at the front counter checking people in. She was very rude. This is why 4 stars and not 5. She should consider that she works with the public and should at least try to be professional."

After seeing Dr. Pilcher he works with me trying to keep me moving, even after a second surgery to relieve pressure off my knee several months ago. He takes the time to talk and explain things without rushing in and out. So with my experience, I have no complaints at this office with Dr. Pilcher or his staff which is just as caring. ❤️"
