"At least they have a 3 day weekend And start that weekend on Wednesday. Never available. I do like the tune when I sit on hold for an hour being the number one caller , to be hung up on."

"Today was a good day at the VA. Nurse Darlene was nice and helpful. Got my info to the Dr. and arranged for test. Dont know the taller lady that drew blood but I am still amazed she was able to put the needle in to draw blood without me feeling it. Must be magic. Thanks ladies."

"The Waycross Georgia Va Clinic never answers the phone when they are called now. I don’t know why because they used to answer when Dr Wheeler was there, I call over and over until finally they will route the call to another Va Clinic and that is the only way I can get an appointment with the Doctor. I know I am not the only one going through this issue, my father is now 84 years old! I have been trying to get my father an appointment with a specialist in Gainesville at the Va Hospital. I finally got an appointment for him but it is for February, six months from now, my father is sick, he’s loosing weight, weak, pale & very sick. I was a nurse for many years, I know he can’t wait that long or he may not be here to need an appointment! Something needs to be done! Waycross Georgia does not care about the Vets that fought for our Country! This office needs straightened out, how many have to die before something is done!"

"Always helpful and friendly on phone or in person. My primary care doctor is very quick to answer my request for prescription refills or referral to a specialist. All staff has been nice and know how to interact with other facilities to get me the help I need. I am pleased with the work they do."
