"The staff at Harbor view are amazing and so very helpful. The facility is terrible. The roof is in disrepair. That is the first thing I noticed. The front reception area has been remodeled and looks very nice. My father is in a double room with his section so small he can’t hardly move around. I didn’t know that any facility still used double bed rooms in this day and age. I don’t think the rooms have ever been remodeled and the facility was built in the 1960’s. The bathroom is horrible with rusted corners and the floor and walls all around need to be painted and remodeled. The price per day that was quoted to us is no less than other facilities in the area which are new or have been remodeled. The residents at this facility deserve much better living conditions. I hope for their sake Harbor View will get its act together and either do a drastic remodel or tear down the facility and start all over again."
