"My mother has been here since 2019, I have always been more than satisfied until now. I find my mother slumped over, her nails long and dirty, her nightgown up around her shoulders, she is forgotten at the end of the hall and I have pictures to prove this. When I talked to the Dire tor, she said I complained about her last room,which was not conducive to my mother's well being and said she was sorry that things weren't to my satisfaction! Not my satisfaction but what my mother deserves. If not for Lakeya who is doing her best to help my mother I would be considering moving her to another facility and if things aren't resolved I still will."
