"I've been in the construction industry for 10+ years and I've worked for a few different big companies. This is by far the worst company I've ever worked for. They hire just about anyone and you don't even have to know how to use a tape measure. They treat there employees like they are trash unless your in the good ole boy clique they have in the company. If your any good the majority of everyone there will be intimidated by you and will keep you from succeeding and wil also try to get you fired. They don't care about the well being of there employees either seeing as they don't enforce safety measures on the workplace and dont make they're employees wear PPE. They've also fired people that have been hurt on the job for no other reason than being a liability and didn't help them with there injury or help them file work comp claims or anything. Shady business for sure. I would not recomend them for quality or safety."

The last straw for me was when the company had a banner year during my last year with the company and management refused to give the employees raises !! Overall Boulder Construction is a good place to work..."

"Very rude to residents located around their work site. EDIT: 3 months later and they still have no respect for the people who live next to their work area. They have the option to bring their work machines in through Broadway but instead they use our small alleyway between 2 apartment buildings. Machines that beep and make crazy loud noises before 6am. Not only are the noises unbearable but their workers speed through our alley without a care in the world. I was walking through the alley and one of the workers almost HIT ME with their large truck speeding through. If that would have been a child playing (there are children that live in our apartment building and the one next to ours) they could have died. BOULDER CONSTRUCTION IS A TERRIBLE NEIGHBOR!!! RUDE, INCONSIDERATE COMPANY."

"Boulder Construction is by far one of the best companies in the southeast MIssouri region, with safety as there primary focus the employees of boulder are DRUG FREE pre employment and post random employment drug testing is common. boulder employees are a tight knitted, diverse, family oreinted and well rounded group of men and women, that buckle and acheive a superior quality product completed in a timely fashionin the construction industury.The management at boulder however a younger ambitious crowd they are extremely dedicated to making boulder grow to be number 1 in the semo region. The new general manager Gabe Wunderlich is definately moving the company forward in an expeditious manner, his word is gold, a very hard thing to find in todays facepaced construction industry. Boulder houses one of the most eager knowledgeable,and personable feild managers in the semo area Earl is definately one of the few "on top of there game" type of feild managers that i have ever worked for in well over 22 years in the construction trade. There flat roofing division is overall outstanding, the men are personable, knowledgeable, and go getters. With safety, quality, and production as the 3 pillars of Success i would recommemd Boulder Construction to anyone needing a Construction project complete, if i hadnt started a Company of my own 4brothers General Contracting LLC., i would have never left my superintendent position at Boulder Construction."
