"Worst landlord ever. Infested whole neighbor hood with fleas because he sprayed after tenants abadoned property and didnt have the common curtacy to let any of us know. Had to call phone company to romove fallen tree myself. This man had the nerve to say they were already there. One neighbor had to call police on him. He had such little respect for the neighbors he hired people to sneak in at night and start to burn trash. Not just trash but furniture, clothes and any and all contents tenants left behind. Smell was terrible but then had dumpster dropped off after they received $500.00 fine for illegal burning. Rudest, most arrogant man I have ever met. Will not cut down tree that continues to drop huge 10-15 foot limbs on neighbors property. Man needs to have to live in that home and maybe learn some respect for his neighbors. Just because you own something does not make you better. Judge or jury. Huge jerk"
