"I called june 15th about getting a quote for some grading, the very nice receptionist took all my information and said someone would contact me within 48 hours about my job. I assumed that might mean 2 business days, but here we are on July 4th and I’ve never heard back!! Crappy way to do business to never respond back and I certainly am not calling them back to beg them to take money from me for a job. If they can’t handle returning a phone call, I wouldn’t trust the work they would do at that point."
