"I had a terrible experience with this company. They were very accommodating and very friendly when they were trying to get my business, but things changed quickly once they were hired. The owner was never in site. I felt they did some shady business practices and had to call him back multiple times. His bookkeeper was also very difficult to work with. I was told I expected too much. They left the wrap off in order to bring price down, but didn't explain it to me. When I questioned him, he said look at the contract. It doesn't say wrap. What the hell did I know? I don't know terms and materials. That's why I wanted to hire a professional. To say I don't recommend them is an understatement. He was involved personally with gutters and framing work because they were not done properly. He could not figure out how to fix the work that had been done on garage gutters. My son had to finish them. The owner did come over personally twice when I had a question about work done improperly. For example, a storage door that was installed up-side-down, rotted wood on the garage door frame that was not addressed at all, and framing that was crooked. Other than that, he was not on site."
