"My wife and i decided to have the old insulation removed from our attic and replaced with a higher R 60 insulation. When talking to Jen, our sales person, she asked if this was our life time home, or if we were moving. We said it was our last home to purchase. So Jen went into detail about having spray foam sprayed in after the removal to seal up any and all small air access to our home. This keeps the hot air from the attic from entering our home through ceiling lights, and wires going into the walls sealed. It would also keep the cool air within the home from entering the attic. This would save money on energy bills. So when the removal team showed up, Craig and Thomas were the most respectable people we have had at our house to work on it. Craig was worried about our drive way because it was new. He did not want to get any oil on it, that is, if the vehicle leaked. He was not sure so he parked on the asphalt instead of the concrete. While removing the insulation, Craig kept me posted on how the project was going. Communication is key to work on our house. Craig and Thomas went above and beyond to explain what was going on. Our project manager, Stephen, was absolutely the best PM we have ever had. He called everyday to make sure we were happy with the crew and the progress going on. It felt like i was talking to a good friend, not somebody that was just working on my house. Stephen and the crews are more than welcome to come back to my house for any reason, if they wish to stop by. While installing the vent shoots to my soffit, they were not put in as I understood the way they were supposed to be. It was supposed to be from truss to truss and only 1 shoot was installed. After discussing this issue with Craig and Thomas, I called Stephen. The issue was resolved the next time the crew came back. We had another issue with part of the install. Stephen also called to make sure we were doing ok with the heat. It was very hot that week. Everyone was going above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the project and the progress. I could not be happier with the way I was treated. Now, about the spray foam being installed. Robert was exceptionally nice and explained what he was going to do and how he was going to do it. In regards to the blown in insulation being installed, Craig and Thomas were again above and beyond respectful to my wife and I. Again, the progress was explained as they went along. Stephen showed up to make sure we were happy with the way the project was going. He took pictures and sent them to me. Again, above and beyond respectful to my wife and me. I would highly recomend Goley insulation company to do any and all of your insulation needs."

"Very professional job from the original quote that caught the vermiculite in our attic to the finished product that was blown in after the removal of vermiculite by a third party. Great communication, the crew was prompt, and very attentive to detail. Stephen and crew kept us up to date on the scheduling and process as it happened. Crew was attentive to our living area putting down plastic to minimize any residual debris. They cleaned up all the areas they occupied inside/outside and made sure we were content/happy with the job. Stepehen followed up the next day to make sure I had received the pictures of the finished product in the attic and made sure I had the necessary paperwork for a claim that was needed.
