"Rosette did a major home remodel for us in 2023 including kitchen/laundry room, master bath, refresh of two powder rooms and hardwood flooring throughout most of our main level. We engaged them at at what turned out to be a time of growth and transition for them. This, along with our naïveté of the remodeling process, created some communication difficulties at the start, but we were able to work through those and move through the project smoothly. Sean was our main point of contact throughout. He was responsive to our questions and kept us abreast of the work (we were not living onsite). When unexpected issues arose (most due to work done prior to our ownership) he clearly laid out alternatives. We appreciated that rather than patching together work-arounds, he guided us through correcting pre-existing problems and reasonable compromises to our original plans. Sean and his team (thank you Jenny!) were honest, careful, respectful of our home, correct in their time estimates and did meticulous work. It’s been almost a year since the project was completed and we are still very pleased with our “new” home."
