"I've used Superior Touch a few times for home projects and can't say enough good things about Phil (and Todd). Their work is outstanding. But instead of listing an entire list of things that they are good at, I'll just my most recent experience. Last Friday evening, Todd and Phil were finishing up some work at our new home. At about 4:30PM, we noticed that the main water value was leaking in the basement. Straight away, Phil went out to get a new value while Todd stay to try and shut the water off at the main meter. It took them until 7PM to replace the value and fix the leak. They left the basement clean and dry. Best of all, I wasn't left hanging to deal with it when the going got tough and we waited for the water company to come out. They stayed the entire course and made sure that the job was finished. Phil always says that "he stands behind his work and won't left me hanging". Now, I can attest to that claim. Thanks Phil and Todd."

"We hired Superior touch to do a wide range of work in our home. The quality of work was so problematic that most of the work had to be re-done (Phil was willing to redo most of it but after a few months of problems we had to hire someone else to finish the job), This was for several reasons. One, except for painting, the work quality was not acceptable. We had to have tile floors removed and redone, grout removed and redone, cabinets removed and re-hung (they weren’t level and he didn’t start from the corner so there was a gap at the wall), all wiring removed and re-done among other things. We still have tile that he installed with most-matched patterns, doors that are not square and leak, holes in cabinets where outlets were incorrectly placed. Hardwood floors weren’t sanded completely and wouldn’t cure. Second, we began discovering damage being hidden (damaged electrical wiring, hvac ducts removed and left open in our basement on the top of the duct work, and unsupported structural headers covered by drywall). Lastly, he also stopped showing up except for a few hours a week. He said he was working on other jobs. I have attached photos of the work. After all of this, he has actually taken the special order tile I bought and will not deliver it to my house! He refuses to deliver it and we are going to have to press charges to try and get it back."
