"I wouldn’t recommend this company but if you use them DO NOT give them final payment until you see how the concrete dries. I gave Doug the 2nd 1/2 of the payment after he poured my sidewalk. It dried with rough spots in 2 places. I have been asking him repeatedly over the last 6 months to correct the issues. He just blows me off with I’ll be out there asap and nothing."

"1. They do outstanding work. 2. They are affordable: they need to make a profit, but don't make you feel like you've been robbed. 3. They are happy to answer any questions and explain any delays (in my case progress was slowed by a dangerous heat wave, rain, and waiting for the permit - all things beyond their control). 4. They leave your property as close to how they left it as possible rather than leaving you a problem to deal with. This includes such things as planting grass along the driveway so you don't have gullies alongside it and repairing any damage that might have accidentally been done. In my case, steam from their saw accidentally melted a small section of siding. Rather than letting me discover it later and wonder what caused it, they immediately informed me, and apologized. Even better, they asked if I had any pieces of siding (I did), and when I provided those pieces, they fixed the siding for me."
