"In 2018 we had a new $60,000 roof put on our house. We have had nothing but problems. Had a reputable roofing company come out and inspect, they said the roof was done incorrectly, a $10,000 fix! We went back to 911 as our roof is under warranty. We agreed to spend another $1000 for them to complete the work. Now they don’t respond. Tim Carroll, the CEO, should back his companies work and fix our roof!! We r left with a leaking flat roof, and a leak in the main house roof. These guys use hail damage as a way to get insurance to pay for new one, and then are no where to be found when you have an issue.
