"We used Like New to build a second floor master bath addition on top of an existing first floor family room. We received bids from 7 contractors for the project and needed it started and completed as soon as possible before moving into the house. Like New was not the lowest priced bid overall but they did have the most competitive pricing from contractors that had completed similar projects in the past and they were the quickest at responding to our request, reviewing the project with their subcontractors and submitting their final proposal. In addition, they were available to start immediately after the holidays and had a seven week timetable to complete the project which was less than most other contractors. The overall project was completed on-time, on-budget and at good quality. We had a few issues with some of the subcontractors along the way but everyone at Like New was very helpful at getting everything corrected to our satisfaction as quickly as possible. We had never undertaken a construction project before so they were very helpful in making suggestions on layout, finishes, etc. if asked. They were very thoughtful in how the finished product would look and work which made us comfortable working with them from the start.
