"We had our roof completely redone by Wildwood in 2021. Our roof still has the same leaks after several corrections and a free-ish siding addition. We recently had a home inspection to find out Why. The inspector found several concerns with the roof that was installed by WildWood. The concerns are from covered lintels, loose shingles, improperly placed flat roofing, improperly wood placement, fascia concerns....All the way down to knowing that Caleb with Wildwood Roofing swindled us out of our 50k Spanish Clay Tile Roof. We were forced to remove our roof and told numerous times that we could not coordinate a pick up or removal that would allow the selling of our Expensive tiles. The value of our home has now diminished due to lack of a proper roof, damage done from years of leaking, as well as our original roof being removed and replaced with something much cheaper and just overall done poorly. There is so much more to say, but there's Not enough space or time to Type it all. We spent over 15k on the roof with all of the extras we were coerced into purchasing, and it all required multiple corrections. Even the corrections need to be corrected! I can not believe we thought they were reputable. And it's 2024, and we are still finding nails all over our yard. Ugh."

"BUYER BEWARE!!! There are plenty of roofers out there. Wildwood started off fine in Nov 2023. They were bought out mid-way through my roof, gutter, and door replacement. Give you an idea, they finally finished all the work by April 24. No communication. Blow you off for weeks. Their internal office doesn't talk to each other. We've been trying to get our rep to pick up the final check for a month. He says no problem, I'll swing by sometime. Just got a certified mail saying Wildwood is putting a lien on the property. Called the main office. They didn't know about the rep or the lien. Decide the roofer you want. If it were up to me, I'd stay clear of this company. I should post pictures of how the gutters turned out. You'd run away just from that."

"Wildwood Roofing replaced my gutters. Seem like nice people but did not have their act together. Would not recommend. Many problems: Almost installed the wrong color guttering. "Forgot" to install gutter guards. Broke 2 tile shingles and tried to get away with fixing the broken tiles by patching them together with mortar. Emptied the leftover mortar bucket in middle of my yard creating a hard cement circle I had to dig up. Damaged an outdoor wall light when dropped old gutter on it. Found 10+ screws and broken tile pieces on the ground."

"Doug Lake came out to give me a quote on a commercial repair. He came out right away after my initial call, was on time and professional. I chose his bid over the other two. They got me on the schedule immediately and came out and did wonderful work. Doug even found the cause of one of the leaks that another couldn't. Doug was a very reliable project manager that saw my project through from start to finish. Would call him again and would definitely recommend."
