"Would give them a zero if available. Flooded 12 houses in the neighborhood with 6" to 12" of sewage water. Their adjuster contacted us 3 weeks later and pretty much told us it was up to the homeowner to do the clean up and don't expect a check anytime soon."

"I would leave less stars if I could. This company is performing work on my street on the road and sewer system, they have damaged gas lines and water lines multiple times. Most recently they broke a sewer / water main which flooded my basement as well as about 15 of my neighbor's basements, causing hundreds of thousands of dollars of damage. They have not done anything in the following days to make things right and have done everything possible to shirk the responsibility of their mistakes. Leaving myself and many of my elderly neighbors to fend for ourselves and pay thousands of dollars in mitigation and repair while they fight over who is responsible. It has been next to impossible to get in contact with anyone and I have not received any callbacks. They are seemingly just avoiding the situation. What a disgrace. I live in Florissant and this happened due to construction on Duchesne Dr. near 270 and New Florissant Rd."

"I've been observing the construction company assigned to work on our street, and unfortunately, my experience has been awful. Despite placing cones and restricting parking for residents over the past month, there appears to be little to no progress on the actual construction work. The lack of visible activity and communication about the timeline or reasons for the delay has been frustrating for those of us affected by the parking restrictions. It's disappointing to see such a lack of efficiency and consideration for the community's daily needs. A lot of us can only park on the street if you live in a multifamily unit or have a small parking area in the back. I hope for a swift resolution and more proactive communication from the company going forward."

"Terrible company. The workers leave my street littered with trash including cans and all sorts of food wrappers. They have hit our gas mane multiple times causing leaks in the neighborhood. They have had multiple streets in my neighborhood blocked off for over a month-not counting the construction has been on and off for over 6 months. Not only did they block off my street but they also blocked access to our own driveways! We’ve been told MULTIPLE times this is their last day on the job furthering our confusion. Me and my neighbors have to park over a block away and that’s if you’re lucky enough to snatch a spot. They’ve done NO work for weeks on end, they don’t work weekends but continue to have the street blocked and roped off inconveniencing everyone. I’ve driven by multiple times to them sitting on their phones doing ZIP & taking their time while the whole neighborhood is being inconvenienced. They want respect and consideration from us, but we have gotten none! Finally it was raining and freezing yesterday, all the spots within a block were taken so I parked in the street by my house-I work in the mornings so I’m gone before they start plus they haven’t WORKED on the street in over 6 days. I guess one of there guys drove by and saw my car there-no one had started working yet, and he called the cops on me having them threaten to tow me. I moved my car, and left for work before they started any construction near where I was parked. Also the police officer told me they told him this is their last day-lol I guess we will see. This company’s work practices need to be checked out."
