"Meyer is a great company to use when you need work done to your home. They remodeled my basement for me after just moving in and St Charles city sewers back up into it. Never having gone through this before, Dave my salesman,was great and willing to help. He redid my estimate several times for me as I could not make up my mind on exactly what I wanted. He never acted like l bothered him even though I'm sure I did. He was super helpful and always professional. Steve and Matt are the best carpenters around! Looking at my basement now that it is finished there is no way that you can tell there was any damage or where any repairs were made anywhere. The guys were hard workers and did a great job even while having time to pet my dog if she was around them. That's a plus for me. They use an app called Buildertrend that kept me up to date on when and what was going to happen at my house which was very handy. "The team at Meyer was amazing to work with from start to finish. Our PM Matt was upfront about timelines and potential for additional costs when the job started should something be uncovered during the process. We had several questions throughout the process and Matt was always quick to respond and provide thorough explanations to help us make the best decisions for our space and budget. The scheduling app was a tremendous help and allowed us to keep an eye on the project when it started. They were able to coordinate effortlessly with the support my choice, which made the process go super smoothly.
