"Gateway general contractors did our roof gutters and downspouts. I highly recommend finding alternative options. This experience was an absolute nightmare. We were lied to multiple times about what work was actually going to be completed off of the scope of work from our insurance company. They told us they were going to complete everything. They only completed half of the work and said that is all that they were hired to do. They are requesting the entire check from our insurance company which included some of our personal property. The work that was done was subpar. He left us with an unfinished job and horrible quality work. Not to mention it took six months for them to complete this job. Upon arriving with materials my property did get damaged. Thankfully they did cover that damage. We have tried to work with him in every way possible but he refuses to come back and finish the job. Our insurance company has also try to work with him with no luck. One of the items missed was our facia and’s as you can see in the pictures below it has extreme hail damage, and it is very visible when looking at the home."
