"We had an excellent experience with Orf Exteriors. They put on a new roof for us in November 2023. Communication was excellent through every step. Chris came out to talk with us, listening to our desires and advising us. He provided us with his bid in a very timely manner. We were kept informed with each step--when the materials would be delivered and when the work would start. The crew did an excellent job removing the old roofing, installing the new and cleaning up. The job was completed in 2 days. Chris came back after the work was completed to check on things and see that we were completely satisfied. There were a couple of things to get wrapped up and Chris continued to check in until everything was complete. After the conclusion of the work, Chris told us to call back if we ever have any concerns or questions. We would definitely use Orf Exteriors again and recommend them to everyone we know."

"I had a bit of an emergency having to have my entire roof replaced. Chris Orf came out and looked at it, evaluated it, and gave me an estimate. I am a retired Catholic school teacher on a fixed income, and my insurance would only pay for a small part of it. I also was able to get a grant from the City of St. Charles for part of it. Chris worked with me so I could afford it. His workers were very professional. They got the work done in one day, and when they cleaned up after themselves, my yard looked better than when they started!
