"We wanted an Onyx shower and vanity top for our new basement bathroom. JM was about one of four quotes we got. When we went in to the showroom, they were very professional and helped answer our many questions. Because of the weird configuration of our shower (under the stairs), one of the owners (Jim, I think) helped walk us through everything to make sure we had the correct sizes for the custom shower. He went above and beyond, even coming out to our house to double check all the measurements before ordering. Once all the materials came in, they were quick to get us on the schedule for delivery. Everything was delivered on-time, and nothing was damaged. Overall, they were very knowledgeable, easy to work with, low pressure sales, and quick to respond throughout the whole project."

"I had a person come out for a bid on 4/15/19 and was told I would get the bid back within 2-3 weeks because they were backed up. Although most companies get a bid back to you with 3-5 business days. Well I’m still waiting for a bid. Poor customer service."

"I used them recently to update a kitchen as well as 10 years ago for a full gut of a kitchen at a different address. Ten years later, the service was still great. We had Tom and Mark work on our kitchen most recently and both were very respectful of our home. They explained the process and freely answered any questions. They take the project from start to finish. The only down side is that it may take a couple of months to get on the schedule because they are so busy with current projects, but that in my opinion is a good sign of their work and repeat business. I highly recommend them."

"JM Construction quoted me a total remodel of my master bath. I accepted the quote and the work started on the date stated in the quote. The owner, Jim, greeted me with his crew on the first day. The carpenters were all professional and skilled. They did the work and cleaned up after each day. Some problems occurred, but were dealt with quickly. I would recommend JM Construction to anyone who is seeking a bath or kitchen remodel."
