"Poor communication and no transparency from the get go. Should have realized that was the biggest red flag! Regret hiring him for a simple patio job. Doesn’t communicate properly, gives nothing in writing, doesn’t offer solutions his wrong decisions and multiple back and forth resulted in all the extra work ( which we were forced to pay for) and a third class job on the patio. Uneven surfaces, water logging, exposed gravel in areas, not leveled properly, half complete stairs , and on top off all the unprofessionalism, he threatened us that he would put a lien on the house! We have worked with many contractors in the past but this is the first time we have seen such unprofessional service. Will add pics soon."
