"Great people's"
"We bought a house built by Henke and cosmetically it looked great, but much of the details were poorly done. The dryer vent comes out of the floor 6 inches from the wall because they didn't line the wall up with the floor joists, there's gaps on every corner of the trim on the tops of our cabinets, 0 of the interior doors would close because the latches and strike plates were not lined up, we had to fill baseball sized gap left in the garage masonry by the door, the roof leaks because the flashing around the exhaust boot was not properly secured (none of the exhaust boots were sealed) and the yard was graded poorly so every rain we get a small river running through our lot. We tried to fix most of these small things ourselves, but the couple times we called we got no answer. Would not buy another house from them."
